Welcome to OmniWealth. This document encompasses our comprehensive Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement (EULA). By accessing, downloading, or using our application, you formally agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. This agreement is designed to comply with global regulatory frameworks including CCPA (US), PDPA (Singapore), PIPL (China), and PDPO (Hong Kong).

Part 1: Strict Privacy Policy

We operate under a "Privacy-First, Trustless" architecture, engineered to protect high-net-worth individuals and their sensitive financial data.

1. Data Collection and Local-First Architecture

OmniWealth operates with zero server-side data storage. We do not collect, harvest, store, or transmit your personal financial portfolios, absolute wealth values, or personally identifiable information (PII) to our proprietary servers. All critical financial data is encrypted and stored strictly locally on your physical device utilizing Apple’s native CoreData and SwiftData technologies. If you opt into Cloud Sync, your data is securely synchronized exclusively via your private Apple iCloud account, representing a zero-knowledge environment where we hold no access keys.

2. Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party Providers

To provide institutional-grade wealth diagnostics, our application interfaces with third-party Large Language Models (LLMs). We execute rigorous privacy protocols:

• Anonymized Processing: Before any query is transmitted to an AI provider, the app dynamically strips explicit PII and applies data desensitization. The payload consists only of abstract formulas, generic asset classes (e.g., "Equity"), and relative allocation percentages, ensuring zero exposure of absolute monetary values.
• No Model Training: We enforce strict API agreements with our LLM providers specifically opting out of allowing your anonymized data to be used for the training of their foundational foundational models.

3. Analytics, Tracking & Cross-Border Transfers

OmniWealth deploys a strict zero-tracking policy. We do not utilize third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral telemetry, or invisible tracking pixels. Because all personal data is retained on the user's localized device or private iCloud, no cross-border data transfer of Personal Information occurs by the Developer, satisfying the stringent data localization mandates of the PIPL (China) and GDPR (EU).

Part 2: End User License Agreement (EULA)

This EULA constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the developer of OmniWealth.

2. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Developer, its affiliates, or its agents be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of capital, loss of profits, business interruption, or severe financial ruin) arising out of the use of or inability to use the App. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from any claims or losses arising from your reliance on the App's AI-generated insights.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, encompassing its original source code, proprietary AI interaction architecture, "Old Money" aesthetic UI/UX designs, and logic models, remains the exclusive intellectual property of the Developer and is protected by international copyright laws. You are prohibited from reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the App.

4. Apple Inc. Terms and Third-Party Beneficiary

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to strictly use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control. You acknowledge that Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services, nor does Apple bear any warranty obligations with respect to the App.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Developer's primary place of business, excluding its conflict of law principles, unless local consumer protection regulations strictly mandate otherwise. If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to become enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
